The Galapagos Islands

The Galapagos Islands are Natural Heritage of Humanity and recently recognized as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Located 950 miles from mainland Ecuador, is composed of 13 large islands, 6 small and over 40 islets of volcanic origin. Have 14 major islands, of which 4 are inhabited: San Cristobal, Santa Cruz, Isabela, Floreana. The temperature ranges between 18 and 22 degrees Celsius. It is a place full of biodiversity where you can find a lot of species of animals and plants that are unique in the world.

You will not regret visiting this wonderful tourist site, in addition to being beautiful is full of culture and friendly people. It is a unique experience and you will definitely appreciate the beauty of nature's creation.

Mindo Butterfly Inn

The "Mindo Butterfly" Inn has a great butterfly exhibit. In this beautiful place you can find peace in an exotic environment. The Inn has 9 independent cottages built with local wood; it has been planted to reduce the environmental impact. Here you can do many activities with your family or friends, for example: you can ride horses, walk around the forest, see waterfalls and unique landscapes or practice extreme sports like canopy, rafting, and many interesting things.

Mindo is one of the wonderful places in Ecuador and is not too far away form the city. The weather is very warm and you are definitely going to enjoy every minute there.

"Paz y Montaña" Inn (Carchi)

In the midst of the Angel Ecological Reserve, in the province of Carchi, is the "Paz y Montaña" Inn. This is a business that belongs to the Oña family who share with tourists the beauty of the Ecuadorian paramo. They offer comfortable accommodation to maximum 14 people. In this place you can do Trekking, hiking and horseback riding, visitors can also see all the processes of the cultivation of trout and try one of the dishes from the home of fresh trout.

In my opinion this is just one, of the beautiful places and attractions that tourist should visit not only to admire our landscapes but also to understand our culture and meet our friendly people. This Inn is perfect to practice sports, rest and saw amazing flowers, animals and green gaps.
